Over the course of my 12 year's in retail, I've worked for companies such as Kohl's, Charming Charlie's, and small businesses. Last Fall, I accepted the Assistant Designer role at Kohl's to help the fashion industry improve the availability of adaptive clothing in the market. 

Since joining Kohl's, the most rewarding part has been the positive atmosphere, followed closely by constant improvements. 
My approach to apparel design is largely inspired by universal design, which you'll find reflected in my adaptive and inclusive elements.
